Travelex Full Redesign

Travelex sell foreign currency. Most people will have seen them at the airport, but by visiting their site customers can also pre-order money and have it delivered or counted and ready when they get to the departure gate.

This project couldn’t have proved more of a ‘complete’ one for me. Initially I produced design work that won the pitch, then I was involved at all stages of the project:

  • I performed a thorough and completely documented IA process which included a re-modeling of the Travelex online sales tools.
  • I wrote and performed user testing on a prototype.
  • I Art Directed and designed the complete site.
  • I presented it at all stages to the client.
  • I oversaw production work and development.

The result is a highly usable sales platform based on tested online tools that Travelex will roll‑out worldwide.
