Digital Design Portfolio
Briefly
Somebody recently asked me, “What kind of designer would you say you were?” Now, that’s not so simple a question when you get down to thinking about it. ‘Design’ is a broad term. I've worked on so many major brands and smaller businesses across many sectors and a large part of my career has been spent working for major agencies. As such I’ve had wide and varied experience, over almost ten years to where I am now as Design Lead or Art Director on projects.
I think to answer that question I’d say I get great satisfaction designing things people actually use. This fits in with my other specialism as an Information Architect. I think, therefore, apart from being a straightforward graphic designer, I’m first and foremost and information designer. Applying this directly to digital design I like to make clear, information-rich systems and websites that people can really use.
